Job Details
Responsibilities:
Under the direction of a Nurse Manage/Assistant Nurse Manager performs approved activities related to direct patient care.
- Assists patients in their maintenance of activities of daily living.
- Performs and documents vital signs, I&O, rounding, maintaining of turn schedules while optimizing patient mobility and skin integrity.
- Assists with transfer of patient to a bed, wheelchair or stretcher utilizing patient care equipment safely as needed
- Performs and maintains competencies related to EKG's, glucose testing and phlebotomy
- Answers call bells promptly and participates in customer service activities.
- Documentation in the Electronic Medical Records
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One (1) year of experience as a Nurse's Aide in a hospital environment is preferred.
- BLS required
Salary Range
USD $25.74 - USD $25.74 /Hr.

- The Clin Assoc assists patients with daily living activities and performs direct patient care tasks under the supervision of nursing staff. Responsibilities include documenting vital signs, assisting with patient transfers, and maintaining patient mobility.
