MANA (Marines, Army, Navy, Air Force) House provides transitional housing for veterans. We provide a foundation for veterans currently or at-risk of experiencing homelessness, providing each one the opportunity to reclaim a life of self-sufficiency.
Case Managers will work with our veterans to build a housing plan to return our residents to stable, permanent housing.
JOB SUMMARY: Meets with MANA House transitional residents upon initial intake. Provides guidance and assistance to identify goals and actions required for the resident to attain self-sufficiency and stable, permanent housing. Assists the resident with housing search and placement, employment assistance and job readiness, accessing benefits, connecting to physical and mental health providers, connecting to substance abuse counseling, and any other assistance based on individual needs of the resident.

Hourly rate starting at $20 and may increase depending on experience.
Work schedule: M-F 8am to 4pm

CCCS serves the geographic area comprised by the Diocese of Rochester, which includes Monroe, Wayne, Cayuga, Seneca, Ontario, Livingston, Yates, Steuben, Schuyler, Chemung, Tioga, and Tompkins Counties. A well-respected community agency, CCCS employs over 200 people who provide exceptional support services to more than 3,000 clients and their family members annually.
