หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (PM) และบำรุงรักษาเชิงแก้ไข (CM) ตามแผนงานที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และซ่อมแซมระบบไฟฟ้า อุปกรณ์ควบคุมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และเครื่องจักรในสายการผลิต
- บำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมเครื่อง CNC หุ่นยนต์เชื่อม และอุปกรณ์อัตโนมัติอื่น ๆ
- วิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุของปัญหา (Root Cause Analysis – RCA) และเสนอแนวทางป้องกันปัญหาซ้ำ
- บันทึกและอัปเดตงานซ่อมบำรุงในระบบของบริษัทอย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตและฝ่ายวิศวกรรมเพื่อให้เครื่องจักรทำงานได้เต็มประสิทธิภาพ
- สนับสนุนการติดตั้งเครื่องจักรใหม่ ระบบไฟฟ้า และอุปกรณ์โรงงาน
- ปฏิบัติตามกฎความปลอดภัยในการทำงานและมาตรฐานงานซ่อมบำรุงอย่างเคร่งครัด
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. ขึ้นไป ในสาขาไฟฟ้า อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เมคาทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านระบบไฟฟ้าอุตสาหกรรม และสามารถอ่านแบบวงจรไฟฟ้าได้
- มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเครื่อง CNC และระบบหุ่นยนต์เชื่อม หรือสามารถเรียนรู้ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ และทำงานล่วงเวลา (OT) ได้ตามความจำเป็น
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ทักษะแก้ไขปัญหาดี อดทนต่อแรงกดดัน
- มีทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม และมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการพัฒนางานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านซ่อมบำรุงโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

What you'll do
- The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, electronic control devices, and production machinery. They will also analyze problems, perform repairs, and ensure machinery operates at peak efficiency.
