About this role
Summary of Performance Expectations:
Promotes a professional patient-centered practice image by efficiently performing a wide variety of nursing care activities to medical office out-patients under the direct supervision of a licensed physician or licensed mid-level provider. Utilizes a team based approach to all tasks.
Education & Credentials:
Required
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Current NC Licensed Practical Nurse license.
- BCLS certification. If the BCLS certification is not from the American Heart Association (AHA), an AHA certification is required within three months of employment date.
Work Experience:
Required
No previous experience required, except as listed below. Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in basic aspects of job within three months of employment date.
