About this role

Summary: 

The Corporate Compliance Program Director is responsible for overseeing the organization’s compliance program in alignment with industry best practices and federal and state guidelines, regulations and internal compliance policies.  This includes establishing an independent, objective function that supports proactive risk identification, investigation, and resolution of compliance and ethics issues.    
Required Education: 

Bachelor’s degree required

Required Experience: 

Five ore more years of healthcare compliance experience with proven experience advising Boards, CEOs and executive teams on compliance and ethics matters.  Understanding of coding and reimbursement systems, risk management and performance improvement is desirable.
