As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping customers implement our software and adopt new digital ways of working; all while creating exceptional experiences they’ll remember long after go-live.&nbsp;</span></p></div><div><p style="text-align:left;"><span>&nbsp;</span></p></div><div><h3 style="text-align:left;"><span>What you’ll do&nbsp;</span></h3></div><div><ul><li><p style="text-align:left;"><span><strong>Lead multiple implementation projects</strong> (typically 4–6 at a time), each from kick-off to go-live, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p style="text-align:left;"><span><strong>Drive structured project execution</strong> by facilitating workshops, defining requirements, planning milestones and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p style="text-align:left;"><span><strong>Act as a trusted advisor</strong> to your customers; not just configuring systems, but challenging assumptions and guiding them toward smarter, more scalable HR processes&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p style="text-align:left;"><span><strong>Facilitate digital change</strong> by making complex systems feel simple, practical and human, using your ability to “speak HR and IT” fluently&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul></div><div><div><ul><li><p style="text-align:left;"><span><strong>Build strong relationships</strong> that create trust, inspire confidence and lead to long-term partnerships&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p style="text-align:left;"><span><strong>Collaborate across teams</strong>, sharing insights, flagging product feedback, and continuously improving our implementation methods and materials&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul></div><div><p style="text-align:left;"><span>&nbsp;</span></p></div><div><h3 style="text-align:left;"><span>What you bring&nbsp;</span></h3></div><div><ul><li><p style="text-align:left;"><span>Proven experience working as a <strong>Consultant</strong>, ideally in the implementation of <strong>HR systems</strong>, <strong>HCM</strong>, <strong>Payroll</strong>, <strong>Time &amp; Attendance</strong>, <strong>ERP</strong>, or other business-critical applications&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p style="text-align:left;"><span>Strong <strong>project management skills</strong>, with the ability to manage several projects at once and experience with frameworks such as Prince2 or similar&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p style="text-align:left;"><span>Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a natural ability to guide workshops, lead meetings, and bring energy to customer interactions&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p style="text-align:left;"><span>A structured, analytical mindset with a high level of accountability, but also someone who brings warmth and curiosity to your work&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p style="text-align:left;"><span>Full professional fluency in <strong>Swedish</strong> and <strong>English</strong> (required for working with our customers).
