If you're excited about supporting organisations in their long-term employee engagement journey and driving meaningful change, we’d love to have you as our next Engage Solution Consultant.</p><p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><h4 class="MsoNormal">What you’ll do as an Engage Solutions Consultant</h4><p class="MsoNormal">As an Engage Solutions Consultant, your focus will be on helping <strong>existing</strong> CatalystOne Engage customers maximize the long-term value of the platform. You will be a trusted advisor, supporting customers with insights, recommendations, best practices, expert analysis, and ongoing strategic guidance, helping your customers<strong> evolve their employee engagement practices over time.</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><h4 class="MsoNormal"><strong>Specifically, you:</strong></h4><ul style="margin-top:0cm;"><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Will build deep knowledge of each customer’s organisation, culture, and goals, allowing you to provide relevant insights and strategic guidance.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Will deliver expert-level professional services, providing advanced guidance and analysis that help customers interpret engagement insights, challenge existing ways of working, and drive meaningful organisational improvements to maximize the value of CatalystOne Engage.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Will proactively suggest improvements and new ways of working that help customers drive higher adoption, better dialogue, and stronger organisational impact.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Will be a <strong>super user</strong> of CatalystOne Engage, knowing the platform thoroughly (including upcoming functionality), enabling you to provide smart recommendations and creative solutions.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Will act as the “stethoscope” listening to customer needs and trends, feeding valuable insights into the product organisation to help shape future development.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><h4 class="MsoNormal"><strong>Requirements</strong></h4><p class="MsoNormal">We’re seeking an experienced Consultant with a strong background in employee engagement and a proven ability to advise and support organisations in developing their people and culture practices.
