Au service du client, tu mets en œuvre des actions qui simplifient sa vie. Pour ce faire, tu :
- contribues à la satisfaction du client grâce à une attitude positive : sourire, simplicité et proximité et une qualité de service irréprochable (fluidité du passage caisse...).
- accueilles le client, selon ses besoins, en magasin et par téléphone
- assures l'encaissement des achats dans le respect des règles et procédures
- proposes des services adaptés aux besoins du client (solutions de financement, SAV, livraison...)
