Missions
Accompagné(e) par un Chef de rayon et un Chef de secteur, tu garantis la satisfaction du client grâce à un accueil de qualité et des conseils sur les produits adaptés à son besoin.
Tes missions :
- Développer le chiffre d'affaires de ton rayon
- Proposer des solutions complémentaires et différents services
- Accompagner le client dans ses projets d'amélioration de la maison
- Garantir un libre-service de qualité : mise en rayon, propreté du linéaire, facing ...
- Contribuer à la valorisation de l'offre : podiums, vitrines... Et dynamiser le linéaire (opérations commerciales, promotions...)
Profil
- Ton goût du commerce et du travail en équipe
- Ton intérêt certain pour les produits de ton secteur
- Ton goût du challenge
- Tes qualités relationnelles
- Idéalement, ta première expérience dans la vente
