Missions

Membre du Comité de Direction du magasin, tu participes activement à l'amélioration des performances économiques et commerciales du magasin. Pour ce faire, tu :

  • pilotes et analyses les différents indicateurs de gestion : marge, résultat d'exploitation, taux de démarque, rotation des stocks...
  • optimises la rentabilité du magasin en développant des outils de gestion performant : budgets prévisionnels, reportings....
  • garantis la bonne application des procédures administratives et de gestion, de sécurité des fonds et de l'organisation logistique
  • animes les plans d'actions construits suite aux audits nationaux en vue d'améliorer le résultat du magasin et la satisfaction client
  • développes la compétence et la performance de chaque collaborateur : tu recrutes, formes et valorises les talents 

Profil

  • Ton écoute et ta pédagogie
  • Ta capacité à fédérer les collaborateurs autour d'objectifs de performance
  • Ton esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
  • Ta force de proposition
  • Ta formation Bac+4/5 en commerce gestion et ta première expérience réussie dans le même domaine
