As a Barista at The Westin Nashville, you will create thoughtfully prepared coffee, tea, and light fare that energize and inspire our guests throughout their day. You will deliver attentive, intuitive service with warmth and professionalism, ensuring each interaction reflects Westin’s commitment to well-being and renewal. Success in this role requires a strong foundation in coffee and beverage preparation, an eye for quality and presentation, and the ability to remain composed and gracious in a fast-paced environment. As guest flow builds, you will confidently manage demand while preserving a calm, welcoming atmosphere by offering personalized service that helps every guest feel balanced, refreshed, and ready to take on their day.
