Valley View Village is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our Environmental Services team! As a Housekeeper at Valley View Village, you'll help create a clean, safe, and welcoming space for our residents, staff, and visitors by maintaining resident rooms and common areas. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and brings a positive attitude to every task—because here, every sparkle counts!
Position Type: Part-Time (including working every other weekend)
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Location: 2571 Guthrie Ave, Des Moines, IA 50317
Housekeeper Responsibilities:
- Clean resident rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
- Dusting, vacuuming, washing and trash removal.
- Other duties as assigned.
Housekeeper Qualifications:
- Recent housekeeping experience preferred, not required- we’ll train you!
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Regular attendance is required.
