In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Director of Housing to ensure high quality care is given to our residents through goal setting and long-term growth. You will be heavily involved in the daily activities of the community - monitor the delivery of services for our residents, assist in developing programs to meet residents’ needs, work on special projects, and adhere to policies, procedures and regulations. Our ideal candidate has a passion to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors every day. 

Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position working Monday - Friday

Wage Range: $65,000 - $80,000 Annually depending on experience

Assistant Director of Housing Responsibilities: 

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and families, the housing department and other departments as requested.
  • Provide administrative support (i.e. move in; move out coordination, monthly billing tasks, resident satisfaction and high level of customer service).  
  • Assist with marketing of the facility as needed (i.e. tours, follow-ups, participating, and planning of events.)
  • Work on special projects, monthly reports, and other tasks delegated by Director of Housing.
  • Supervising our receptionist team.
  • AR/AP Responsibilities. 
  •  Offer support to other departments as needed.
Assistant Director of Housing Qualifications:
  • BA or BS in Health Care, Business Administration, or related field or 1-2 years of senior housing experience preferred.
  • LALD or licensure in progress preferred.
  • Promote a positive team approach in a healthy work environment.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn customized software.
  • Ability to learn and adhere to resident rights, vulnerable adults, and confidentiality. 
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
