You don't have a CDL but could get it quickly with some assistance? Then we can help by doing paid on-the-job training where we pair you up with another driver and get you as much hands-on experience as possible so that you can gain the skills to get your CDL and take over your own route! Work 4-5 days per week and start/end in Mitchell, South Dakota! Rapid Pay Increases!  Extremely low medical insurance rates! Rapidly accruing PTO time: 4 days in the first 6 months, 8 days at one year $1,500 new CDL Driver bonus and $1,000 referral bonuses Quarterly bonuses CDL Training program for those wanting a career with us! Work approximately 45 hours per week in 4 days (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri) Will start between 4am-5am picking up the packed trailer and following the delivery route given. At each stop, there will be some building of the loads to take in to the customer require attention to detail in reading and scanning delivery tickets. Work with the customer on where to place their products, get required signatures, and develop relationships with these repeat customers.  General workdays will be 10-12 hour days.  Will work an occasional Wednesday backhaul route that will run 2-3 hours.  On a rare occasion may cover a Sioux Falls route as needed.
