What you'll do:

• Operate material handling equipment and select full cases of grocery and snack products, private label products, and fresh ingredients for our stores.
• Palletize the orders accurately by using technology-enabled picking equipment.
• Complies with established Company Safety procedures and all food safety policies.
• Be an integral part of the team ensuring correct products are delivered to our stores.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

Starting Pay: $20/hour. Team members are eligible for an increase to $22/hour after 6 months of employment based on meeting specific performance standards.

                Shift Differential and Freezer differential - $1.50/hour

• Functional reading, writing and numerical skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to operate a single and double pallet jack, forklift, and other mechanical warehouse equipment (Casey’s will provide equipment training).
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist and lift to and including 55 pounds on a repetitive basis.
• Must have the ability to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per shift.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment in close proximity to other team members preferred.
• Work is performed in a warehouse setting with fluctuating temperatures.
