What You'll Do

• Order medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed

• Prepare and administer treatments and medications per physician orders

• Notify physicians and families of changes in resident condition

• Provide skilled nursing services such as tube feedings, suctioning, catheterization, wound care, dressings, and irrigations

• Monitor and observe residents, especially those who are seriously ill

• Serve as a resident advocate, ensuring care is aligned with their plan and wishes

• Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation

What You'll Need

• Current Texas LVN license in good standing

• Strong communication skills with residents, families, and team members

• Ability to make sound decisions independently

• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations
