What You'll Do

• Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, etc.)

• Answer call lights and provide comfort and support

• Turn, reposition, and transfer residents safely

• Monitor and document food, liquid intake, and output as needed

• Report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

What We're Looking For

• Current CNA certification or willingness to become certified within 120 days

• Compassionate communicator and team player

• Commitment to learning and following state/federal regulations

• Genuine love for helping others
