What You'll Do:

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, toileting)

• Answer call lights promptly and compassionately

• Turn, reposition, and transfer residents safely

• Monitor dietary needs and assist with meals

• Document food/fluid intake and report changes in condition

• Build meaningful connections with residents and their families

What We're Looking For:

• Current Texas CNA certification or willingness to become certified within 120 days (we'll help!)

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Compassion, patience, and reliability

• Eagerness to learn and follow care regulations
