About this role
We're looking for a Product Manager with 3 - 5+ years of experience, ideally with a background in lending products. You should be comfortable leading end-to-end product development in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and have a track record of translating complex AI capabilities into elegant, user-centric solutions. Bonus points if you have a degree in Computer Science or prior engineering experience, and a deep understanding of small and medium-sized business lending processes.
What you'll do:
Lead end-to-end product development from concept to release, ensuring alignment with Casca's strategic goals.
Define clear product roadmaps based on stakeholder input and user feedback.
Champion user-centric design by ensuring products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the highest quality standards.
Drive the product vision and strategy by thinking outside the box to deliver AI-native solutions that set new industry standards.
Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver a best-in-class product experience.
Document product requirements, feature specifications, and release notes to ensure clear communication across teams.
