Let’s create something extraordinary together.   Position Summary The Overnight Porter will deep clean the restaurant after hours, ensuring that the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms are sanitized and stocked.    Duties and Responsibilities Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning the restaurant to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health department. Emptying all trash and recycling and disposing waste properly. Properly stores and removes garbage and soiled linens. Follow supervisor’s instructions, communicate with and support co-workers while being a team player. Possesses in-depth knowledge of proper usage of cleaning chemicals, equipment and supplies. Reports all breakage, damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management. Portrays a positive and professional attitude. Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook.   Our Ideal Candidate Candidate must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time. Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs. Role may include job duties or tasks requiring repetitive motion. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts. Working environment may include exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
