PERFIL REQUERIDO
· Experiencia en retail – indispensable de 2 años en adelante comprobable
· Bachillerato concluido o licenciatura trunca.
· Vivir Máximo a 1 hora de la zona a laborar
· Habilidades de liderazgo y supervisión de equipos
· Comunicación efectiva con clientes y equipo de trabajo
· Dominio de KPI´s Retail CONVERSIÓN, UPT, ATV, AUR (Indispensable para continuar con el proceso)
MISION DEL PUESTO:
· Análisis y manejo de KPI´s (CONVERSIÓN, UPT, ATV, AUR).
· Captación de clientes, ejecución operativa, administración de personal y presentación visual de la tienda.
· Proponer estrategias necesarias para el logro de los resultados.
· Desarrollo y capacitación al equipo de trabajo
· Manejo de valores de acuerdo con el proceso establecido
· Administración eficientemente el manejo de toda la mercancía, desde el envío hasta el piso de ventas.
