PERFIL REQUERIDO

· Licenciatura trunca o concluida
· Vivir Máximo 1 hora de la zona a laborar
· Habilidades de liderazgo y supervisión de equipos
· Comunicación efectiva con clientes y equipo de trabajo
· Dominio de KPI´s Retail CONVERSIÓN, UPT, ATV, AUR (Indispensable para continuar con el proceso)
· Manejo de equipos de 8 personas en adelante
MISION DEL PUESTO:
· Análisis y manejo de KPI´s (CONVERSIÓN, UPT, ATV, AUR).
· Logro de resultados a través de ejecución de estrategias.
· Responsable del cumplimiento de las actividades operativas de acuerdo con los procesos establecidos.
· Gestión y capacitación eficazmente al equipo de trabajo para garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas, proceso y resultados (administración del personal).
· Cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta.
· Manejo de valores de acuerdo con el proceso establecido
· Responsable de la correcta ejecución del servicio al cliente y mantener una presentación de la tienda lista todo el día.
· Responsable de fomentar y crear un ambiente de trabajo positivo para los empleados y para los clientes.
