Ihre Aufgaben:
- Kontrolle und Freigabe von Daten in Salesforce und SAP
- Verantwortung für Kundenberatung und Techniker - Angebotserstellung
- Baustellenkoordination sowie die kaufmännische Überwachung des Auftragsverlaufs
- Zuständigkeit für die reibungslose und termingerechte Abwicklung von Aufträgen im Bereich Instandsetzung / Wartung / Modernisierung / Warranty sowie für die entsprechende Erstellung notwendiger Dokumentationen
- Erster Ansprechpartner für das Service-Back-Office bei Material- oder Jobrückfragen
- Aktive Unterstützung der regionalen Einsatzleitung und der internen Abläufe innerhalb der Region
- Definition, Organisation und Überwachung der benötigten Ressourcen (Material und Personal) zur zeitgerechten Abarbeitung der Aufträge
- Durchführung von Baustellenbesuchen im erforderlichen Umfang
- Aktive Unterstützung bei der Erreichung der EHS-Ziele der Region
Ihr Profil:
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung in der Projektbearbeitung und -überwachung von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Bereich Lieferanten- und Kundenbetreuung erforderlich
- hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Mobilität
- strukturiertes und ablauforientiertes Arbeiten, sowie lösungsorientiertes und selbstständiges Handeln
- Kenntnisse in SAP, Salesforce und MS-Office erforderlich
- Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
