About the Role:

Established Field Service professional. Interacts with customers and field team members. Analyzes and interprets test information to resolve design/system-related problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage MIS dashboards and reports for business leaders
• Consolidate and streamline data from multiple platforms.
• Perform data analysis to uncover trends and support decision-making.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of all reporting
• Prepare impactful documentation and presentations for stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Mandatory)
• Experience: 4 to 8 Years
• Strong command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access
• Skilled in Data Analytics & Forecasting
• Experience with dashboards, pivot tables, and BI tools
• Ability to unify data from varied systems and sources
• Clear and effective communicator (written + verbal)
• Able to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences
• Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
