About the role
As a Cost Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting financial accuracy and operational performance for our manufacturing operations. You will partner with local and U.S. teams to analyze cost variations, support month-end close activities, and provide insights that help drive better decision-making across the organization. Your work will directly impact our ability to maintain strong cost controls, ensure inventory accuracy, and deliver timely financial results.
Key Responsibilities
As a Cost Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:
- Analyzing OMV–OPV variations and preparing detailed reports.
- Conducting inventory adjustment analysis.
- Preparing and reviewing variance analysis results with management and leadership.
- Developing presentations for corporate review.
- Performing product costings.
- Supporting month-end close activities related to cost accounts.
- Assisting with annual inventory processes.
- Supporting the release and calculation of new annual pricing.
- Analyzing E&O, PPV, Scrap, and other cost-related metrics.
Requirements
We are looking for people who are detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
As a minimum you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in cost, accounting, or finance roles.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, finance and administrative processes.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using SAP.
- Intermediate–advanced English (ability to communicate with U.S. plants).
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
- Experience using Power BI for data analysis.
- Experience with BPCS (AS400).
