Join us in Genoa as a Pricing & Revenue Management Analyst, where you’ll connect analytics, market insights, and strategy to optimize prices, demand, and occupancy across our global fleet.

You will play a key role in accelerating Costa’s revenue‑driven evolution, supporting markets worldwide with data‑backed pricing strategies, clear insights, and proactive recommendations. You will understand booking dynamics, competitive scenarios, elasticity and commercial drivers translating complex analytical signals into decisive actions.

Pricing Strategy & Revenue Optimization

You will act as a strategic partner to our commercial, marketing, and market teams, defining pricing and inventory strategies for assigned ships, itineraries, and customer segments. You will translate demand signals, booking trends, and competitor insights into pricing actions that maximize revenue and occupancy across worldwide markets.

Forecasting, Insights & Performance Steering

You will develop demand forecasts, run scenario analyses, and provide pricing recommendations that guide commercial decisions. You will ensure consistency, accuracy and clarity in pricing actions, contributing to our revenue forecast process and supporting the evolution of our forecasting methodologies.

Dynamic Pricing Tools & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

You will leverage our advanced pricing optimization tool, ensuring correct adoption and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and global markets, communicating insights clearly and navigating a fast‑paced, highly dynamic commercial environment with agility and precision.

What makes you unique

  • 2–4 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or analytical roles within global companies or highly data‑driven environments.
  • A Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or similarly quantitative fields.
  • Strong analytical toolkit, including proficiency in Excel, quantitative methods, and PowerPoint; basic programming skills (e.g., Python) are a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to partner with cross‑functional teams and translate complex analysis into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Fluency in English and an entrepreneurial mindset, combining decisiveness, ownership, and adaptability in a high‑pressure environment.
  • A passion for continuous learning, openness, transparency, and collaboration, with genuine sensitivity to cultural diversity and a strong commitment to sustainability.
