Cruise Administration Services, Inc., a Carnival Cruise Line entity in the Philippines, is currently looking for an Airline Accounting Clerk.

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the reconciliation of all airline related transactions for guest, corporate and crew travel, processed via the Travel Services department. Other responsibilities include the reconciliation of sailing guest counts and the related taxes.
Essential functions:
Reconcile monthly in airline tickets paid via credit card to internal ticket data. Research exceptions and perform journal entries or process disputes where necessary.
Perform GL account reconciliation in Blackline systems, prepare required airline reports and perform monthly variance analyses.
Assist in voyage closing guest count reconciliations and maintain the filing and payment of the related taxes.
Reconcile all airline cash, debit memo and commission transactions settled through the Airlines Reporting Corporation to the associated bank debit transactions and perform journal entries where necessary. Maintain Airline Receivable reconciliation.
Compare airline ticket data transferred nightly from the ticketing system to the revenue system and ensure the accuracy of the transactions & journal entries created. Review daily exception reports. Maintain customer numbers used for issuing airline tickets for Corporate and Crew travel.
