The Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University brings together the top scientific minds, intent on solving humanity’s toughest challenges through robotics. The Robotics Institute is currently searching for a Postdoctoral Fellow to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity if you thrive in an exciting and challenging environment.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Conducting cutting-edge research in the field of computer graphics, human-computer interaction, computer vision, and machine learning.

  • Conducting comprehensive literature reviews in related areas, including deep generative models, image and video synthesis, and computer graphics, to identify existing research, methodologies, and advancements.

  • Designing and developing innovative algorithms, models, and techniques for solving complex problems in computer graphics, computer vision, and machine learning.

  • Providing guidance and mentorship to undergraduate and graduate student researchers and team members, fostering a collaborative and intellectually stimulating research environment.

  • Other duties as assigned.
