Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine physician to join our established practice at our Curtis location in Champaign, Illinois.
Opportunity Details
- 100% outpatient position using EMR with both in person and virtual visit options
- Full-time position in a certified Patient Centered Medical Home model
- Call is phone only with assistance of Patient Advisory Nurse and spread among a physician group of >10
- Join a team of 6 physicians, 4 APPs and excellent support staff
- Team-based care model for patient care
- In addition to Adult Medicine, specialty services provided at our clinic include Dermatology, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Gynecology, Radiology, Pediatrics, Genetics, and Allergy
- Teaching opportunities available through Carle Foundation Hospital’s accredited Internal Medicine residency program and the Carle Illinois College of Medicine
- Opportunity for additional hours in Urgent Care is optional
- Opportunity for research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine with support staff to help with research and publications if desired

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $327,000 - $365,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model. What you'll do
- The physician will provide outpatient care in a certified Patient Centered Medical Home model, utilizing EMR for both in-person and virtual visits. They will also participate in a team-based care model and have opportunities for teaching and research.
