What You’ll Do:

Provide hands-on care and support to seniors

Lead and support a team of caregivers

Help with training, scheduling, and team coordination

Communicate with families and healthcare providers

Keep clear and accurate care records

Create a positive and respectful work environment
What You Need:

2+ years experience in caregiving or a related field
-
CNA or HHA certification preferred
-
Strong leadership and communication skills
-
A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
-
Pass a background check
-
Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation

Basic admin/computer skill
