Make every day meaningful. Make a difference in the life of a senior.
At Caring Senior Service, we believe caregivers are the heart of home care. For over 30 years, our mission has been to keep seniors happy, healthy, and at home, surrounded by comfort, independence, and dignity. If you're passionate about helping others, you can become the steady, compassionate presence that seniors—and their families—count on.
We are now hiring full-time Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for 24-hour and 12-hour shifts in Waco and surrounding communities.
Caregiving is more than completing tasks—it’s providing safety, comfort, and connection.
To a senior, a caregiver means:
Independence — the ability to stay at home rather than move into a facility
Companionship — someone to share conversation, laughter, and daily routines
Security — knowing help is there when needed
Trust — a reliable partner who brings dignity and respect to their care
Quality of Life — the chance to stay engaged, supported, and valued
Your presence helps seniors remain in the place they love most—their home.
At Caring Senior Service, we don’t just hire caregivers—we support and invest in them.
Here’s what makes us the best choice for your caregiving career:
