Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers
- Accompany clients to the grocery store, doctor appointments, and pharmacy visits
- Support active or passive mobility needs as directed by the individualized service plan
- Document any changes and communicate them to the Care Manager

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year professional or private caregiving experience
- Reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a background check
- Driver’s License (required)
- Dependable, with professional references

What you'll do
