Propósito e Impacto del Puesto
El rol de Especialista de Línea de Producto ayudará a diseñar e implementar un ciclo integral de marketing de productos -fertilizantes, semillas y agroquímicos.
En este rol, contribuirá a identificar el potencial de mercado, establecer precios y estrategias de mercado, estimar ventas potenciales, definir actividades promocionales y gestionar el producto hasta su fase de retiro.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Preparar y coordinar lanzamientos y actualizaciones de productos.
- Apoyar a los miembros del equipo en la gestión de las actividades de marketing (Producto, Precio, Promoción y Canales) dentro de un área definida de soporte de productos
- Participar en la recopilación y evaluación de investigaciones sobre requisitos de productos en el mercado e identificar mejoras a las características y funcionalidades actuales, propuestas de valor, posicionamiento competitivo y dinámicas de mercado.
- Colaborar en la planificación de programas con clientes para definir cronogramas de producción, objetivos, criterios de diseño, costos y consideraciones similares.
- Ayudar a planificar, organizar y coordinar los programas asignados para cumplir con las metas financieras y presupuestarias.
- Asistir en la selección de proveedores y en las responsabilidades de gestión de relaciones con los mismos.
- Resolver problemas básicos bajo supervisión directa, escalando los asuntos más complejos al personal correspondiente.

Calificaciones
Calificaciones mínimas
- Título universitario en un campo relacionado o experiencia equivalente.
- Conocimiento técnico en agroindustria
- Experiencia en roles comerciales/ negociación
- Inglés intermedio (deseado)
