Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out shuttering and formwork activities to specification
- Interpreting drawings and working accurately to programme requirements
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site housekeeping
- Working safely, efficiently, and collaboratively as part of a site team
- Complying with all health, safety, and environmental standards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience in a Joiner role, particularly within civil engineering or large-scale construction projects
- Ability to demonstrate consistent, long-term work history
- Valid Blue CSCS Card (essential)
- Sound knowledge of manual handling and safe working practices
- Strong commitment to health and safety
- Dependable, professional, and a positive team contributor

Our story starts in 1969 with three brothers and a van.
John, Tom and Pat Carey moved to London from Ireland and started a groundworks contracting company in London called PJ Carey Plant Hire (Oval) Ltd.

What you'll do
- The Shuttering Joiner will carry out shuttering and formwork activities to specification while interpreting drawings and maintaining high standards of workmanship. They will work collaboratively as part of a site team and comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
