</div><div>This position oversees daily operations, monitoring students, managing staff, planning and implementing programs, ensuring student safety, and well-being. The role handles communication with parents, helps maintain facilities, and potentially manage off-site programming. <br><br>

<strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities </strong> <br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Will oversee the daily operations of the after-school program, ensuring smooth running and adherence to policies. </li>
<li>Design and implement a diverse range of camp programs and activities, ensuring they are age-appropriate and engaging. Facilitate social and emotional learning activities. </li>
<li>Prioritize the safety and well-being of students and staff, enforce rules, and manage emergency response plans. Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians, providing updates and addressing concerns. </li>

<strong>Qualifications </strong> <br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, human services, or a related field or equivalent experience as defined by state guidelines. </li>
<li>Experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses. </li>
<li>Training in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, or behavioral management. </li>
<li>Experience in community mental health, youth services, or case management. </li>
<li>Ability to work under licensed supervision. </li>
<li>Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. </li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if community-based). </li>
<li>Ability to pass background checks and meet state compliance requirements. </li>

<strong>Working Conditions</strong> <br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Field – 50–70% direct client contact; remaining time for documentation and coordination </li>
<li>Regular travel, client home visits, flexibility in unpredictable settings </li>
<li>Ability to stand, walk, lift, drive, multitask, manage stress, and respond to crises </li>
<li> Ongoing oversight by licensed professionals and active team engagement </li>
<li> Adapting to varied spaces, maintaining safety, and ensuring compliance with ADA documentation </li>

<strong>Physical Requirements</strong> <br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Ability to stand, walk, and move between varied environments (schools, homes, community settings). </li>
<li> Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits and community-based work. </li>
<li> Occasionally lift or carry items (commonly up to 25 lbs) during program setup or client support. </li>
<li> Ability to multitask, manage stress, and respond quickly to crises in unpredictable settings. </li>
<li> Adequate dexterity for writing, typing, and maintaining accurate records. </li>
<li> Sufficient vision and hearing to monitor safety and engage effectively with clients. </li>
