SALARY RANGE: $115,000.00-$140,000.00
Interim Director of Rehabilitation

Grow Your Career with CareOne’s In-House Rehab Team
CareOne at Weymouth is looking for an interim DOR who will then transition into a Lead Therapist role when the interim assignment is completed.  The Lead Therapist role is a backup to the DOR who provides patient care and assists with departmental operations.
At CareOne, we do things differently. Unlike many skilled nursing companies, we provide rehabilitation services in-house—not through outside contractors. That means as a Director of Rehabilitation with CareOne, you’ll enjoy:
  • Collaboration every day with nursing and clinical staff for stronger patient outcomes.
  • Consistency and stability—you’re part of our team, not a rotating agency.
  • Career advancement opportunities across our large, multi-state network.
  • Supportive culture where therapists are valued as essential members of the care team.
The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for overseeing all aspects of rehab services in the assigned center.
