About this role

At Lion, we’re about more than brewing great beverages — we’re building smarter, more reliable ways of working that help our people and customers thrive. As a Network Systems Analyst at the Pride, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our core logistics and export systems running smoothly, while continuously improving how our network operates.

This role is all about systems ownership and problem solving. You’ll be the go-to SME across transport, warehouse, export, CRM and SAP platforms, leading BAU support and partnering closely with operational teams and vendors. When systems issues arise, you’ll step in, get to the root cause, and deliver sustainable fixes, helping the business work smarter, faster and more digitally.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide BAU support and SME expertise across Export, Transport, Warehouse (WMS/TMS), CRM and SAP systems.
  • Manage escalated incidents, changes and system issues.
  • Maintain system configuration, integrations, master data and standard operating ways of working.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to keep systems performing, drive improvements and embed best practice.
  • Support projects as the systems representative, including UAT, data readiness and change support.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Broad, hands-on systems experience across logistics platforms (SAP, TMS, WMS, CRM), ideally in a complex distribution or FMCG environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working across multiple vendors and operational teams.
  • A logistics or warehousing background, with a practical understanding of how operations run day-to-day would be advantageous.
  • A problem-solving mindset, curiosity, ownership and a drive to continuously improve.

What You’ll Get in Return:

  • Growth on Tap – Unlock career development opportunities and the chance to work on impactful projects that fuel your professional growth.
  • Hunt as a Pride – Work with a diverse, talented team where collaboration, creativity, and shared success are at the core of everything we do.
  • Unleash Your Potential – Training and support to help you grow both personally and professionally, empowering you to reach your full potential.
  • Employee Product Allowance – Enjoy some of our awesome products, on us!

Not sure if you meet all the criteria?
If you’re excited by the role and believe in our values, we encourage you to apply – even if you don’t tick every box. We’re excited to hear what you bring to the table and how you can contribute to the team.
