The main function of a Sr. Learning and Development Manager is to support the development and implementation of our L&D strategy and solutions in ways that will have a significant impact on people and business performance, while being scalable and sustainable. This position supports the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Signant Health learning initiatives.

As part of our team, your main responsibilities will be:
- Utilizes learning user experience, learning design and evaluation best practices to support the organizations approaches to create and/or improve onboarding and L&D offerings.
- Leads, evaluates, and provides direction to L&D team members and functional SME’s regarding learning initiatives.
- Designs and implements effective analytics and metrics to influence direction, monitor business impact and ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Oversees and tracks learning implementation and evaluation to ensure all learning offerings deliver impactful learning and tangible business outcomes.
- Identifies and implements opportunities to automate, simplify, and/or improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our L&D processes.
- Documents and educates the L&D organization on processes associated with increasing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Proactively seeks out the latest L&D research and best practices to inform current and future L&D solutions.
- Works independently to conduct learning needs analysis, and design best practice tools, resources, and experiences.
You’ll need to bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in adult education/training/development, communications, or related field
- Seven or more years of leading others in a learning/education environment.
- Ability to manage projects from concept through delivery and evaluation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of online learning processes and principles.
- Advanced knowledge of analysis and evaluation tools and processes.
- Intermediate-Advanced knowledge and experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and Teams in a business setting.
