About this role

  • Generate new business across Motor, Health, and General Insurance products

  • Manage and grow an  customer portfolio

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients

  • Requirements

    Key Requirements

    • Proven experience in insurance sales (Motor, Health, and General Insurance)

    • Demonstrated ability to bring in new customers independently

    • Existing customer portfolio is highly preferred

    • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

    • Highly competitive, self-motivated, and dynamic personality

    • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities

    • Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment


    Preferred Qualifications

    • UAE insurance market experience

    • Knowledge of leading insurance providers and policy structures

    • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
