This individual will play a key role in supporting program operations by conducting eligibility screenings, verifying documentation, and building participant cases in compliance with WIOA guidelines. The WIOA Eligibility Specialist will report directly to the WIOA Program Managers and ensure timely, accurate processing of participant files to support enrollment and service delivery.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Your Impact on Career TEAM’s Success</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide information about workforce services</li> <li>Process screenings and applications to determine eligibility for customers in East Texas</li> <li>Enters source document data into case management and document storage systems.
