Whether it’s streamlining operations, enhancing customer experience, or reimagining internal systems — we want people who can make Careem work smarter and move faster.</em></strong></span></p></div><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong><br>• Own and manage a portfolio of incubation partners as a Key Account Manager.<br>• Drive delivered orders growth through menu optimization, pricing, availability, and demand levers.<br>• Own and optimize PV (partner discounts) to improve conversion while balancing partner economics.<br>• Drive CPC utilization, ensuring correct setup, consistent spend, and performance tracking.<br>• Monitor partner performance daily and take timely actions to address underperformance.<br>• Resolve day-to-day operational issues related to menus, pricing, availability, promotions, and order flow.<br>• Act as the escalation point for partner issues impacting customer experience.<br>• Use data and insights to identify growth opportunities and influence partner decisions.<br>• Coordinate with internal teams to execute commercial initiatives and resolve operational blockers.<br>• Maintain strong relationships with partners through proactive communication and structured follow-ups.</p> <p><strong data-stringify-type="bold">What You’ll Need</strong></p> <p>• 2–4 years of experience in account management, sales, commercial, or operations roles.<br>• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work towards clear KPIs and targets.<br>• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reports to track performance.<br>• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (Must)<br>• Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities in a fast-moving environment.<br>• Highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity.<br>• Experience using Excel and CRM tools.<br>• Food delivery, e-commerce, or tech experience is a plus.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What we’ll provide you</strong></p> <p>We offer colleagues the opportunity to drive impact in the region while they learn and grow.
