Whether it’s streamlining operations, enhancing customer experience, or reimagining internal systems — we want people who can make Careem work smarter and move faster.</em></strong></span></p></div><p><strong>Role Summary</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a Technical Solution Architect to lead the design, integration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations (F&amp;O) across core business domains. The architect will partner with engineering, product and other business function to define scalable solutions and ensure successful end-to-end delivery.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <p style="line-height: 2;">- Own the technical architecture for Dynamics 365 F&amp;O, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.<br>- Lead requirements analysis, solution design, and technical documentation for new modules, integrations, and customizations.<br>- Design and optimize integrations between D365 and internal systems using APIs, middleware, data lake and event-driven patterns.<br>- Oversee development teams in implementing extensions, ensuring adherence to Microsoft best practices and coding standards.<br>- Conduct technical reviews, performance assessments, and provide guidance on data model design, error handling, and reliability.<br>- Collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders to validate feasibility, resolve gaps, and shape rollout plans.<br>- Ensure strong DevOps, testing, and release practices for D365 components.<br>- Serve as subject matter expert for D365 F&amp;O, staying updated on latest capabilities, features, and roadmap.<br>- Support change management, cutover planning, and hypercare for major releases.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Need</strong></p> <p style="line-height: 2;">- 8 - 10+ years in ERP engineering or architecture, with deep hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 F&amp;O.<br>- Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, and Retail operations within D365.<br>- Expertise in integrations (Azure services, APIs, message buses, real-time, Data lake &amp; batch processing).<br>- Proficiency in X++, data entities, extensions, and customization best practices.<br>- Solid understanding of scalable architecture principles, security, and performance optimization.<br>- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.</p> <p><strong>What We’ll Provide You</strong></p> <p>We offer colleagues the opportunity to drive impact in the region while they learn and grow.
