Role Overview
The Major Gifts Manager plays a critical role in enabling CARE’s Major Gifts fundraising by partnering closely with fundraisers to strengthen donor engagement, improve portfolio performance, and ensure high-quality stewardship of major donors.
This role sits at the intersection of donor strategy, portfolio management, and operational execution. The Manager ensures that donor outreach is well-planned, donor data is accurate and actionable, and fundraising efforts are supported by clear materials, tracking, and follow-through. Success in this role directly contributes to CARE’s ability to deepen donor relationships and grow philanthropic revenue.
