</div><div>The Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) provides personal care, companionship, and homemaking services that support the client’s comfort and health at home. Services are performed under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).<br><br>

<strong>Responsibilities include:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility support</li>
<li>Providing companionship and emotional support</li>
<li>Light housekeeping including laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe environment</li>
<li>Meal planning, preparation, and grocery shopping</li>
<li>Assisting with ambulation, transfers, and prescribed exercises</li>
<li>Supporting independence while maintaining client dignity</li>
<li>Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition to the supervising nurse</li>
<li>Attending company-provided ongoing training and continuing education (CEUs)<br><br>

</ul><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Active New Jersey CHHA Certification (required)</li>
<li>High school diploma/GED preferred</li>
<li>CPR certification preferred</li>
<li>Clear background check and drug screening</li>
<li>Must be dependable, compassionate, and have excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Reliable transportation required</li>
</ul><div>Physical Requirements<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs and assist clients with mobility</li>
<li>Ability to drive to client homes (some may not be wheelchair accessible)</li>
<li>Good vision, hearing, and overall physical health<br><br>

</div><div>Client homes throughout South Jersey including Gloucester County, Camden County, Salem County, Cumberland County, and nearby areas<br><br>
