What it takes to become a Travel Director of Nursing with Care Initiatives:

• Valid RN license in good standing. License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate.
• Current, valid CPR Certification.
• Must possess more than a year of proven DON experience within a Skilled Nursing (SNF) environment.
• Ability to travel throughout Iowa. Overnight travel will be required.
• Willingness to work as a DON, ADON, or MDS depending on the needs of the organization.
