What You’ll Do:

As a Charge Nurse (RN), you’ll provide compassionate, comprehensive care to residents while leading and supporting your team during the 1st shift. You’ll play a vital role in creating a positive, healing environment for both residents and staff.

What You Need:

• A valid Iowa RN license (or ability to activate)
• Current CPR certification
• A passion for delivering excellent care and supporting your team
• Familiarity with long-term care regulations is a plus
