RN Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care during the overnight shift (10PM–6AM)

Support residents with assessments, medication administration, documentation, and care planning
-
Collaborate with CNAs and team members to ensure safe and consistent overnight care

Maintain compliance with all state and federal long-term care regulations
Requirements for the Registered Nurse (RN) Role

Active Iowa RN license or ability to obtain/activate

Current CPR certification
-
Experience or interest in long-term care (LTC), skilled nursing, or rehabilitation settings

Commitment to empathy, professionalism, teamwork, and high-quality resident care
