Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, and personal hygiene. 

• Monitor and promptly report any changes in residents' health or behavior to nursing staff. 

• Promote a clean, safe, and supportive environment. 

• Deliver compassionate and respectful care to all residents.

Qualifications: 

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Iowa, or the ability to activate certification if relocating. 

• Strong commitment to resident care, professionalism, and teamwork. 

• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
