This role serves as an Administrative Assistant in our home office.  You will have the opportunity to apply your skills and demonstrate your compassion, positively influencing the lives of our residents and team members.  


What you'd do as an Administrative Assistant at Care Initiatives: 

  • Manages front desk responsibilities, such as answering the phone, email, and mail, ordering office supplies, managing the conference rooms and issuing name badges and access cards.
  • Maintains the intranet, directories, organizational chart and other documents.
  • Responsible for assisting the Chief Human Resources Officer, and home office Directors of Human Resources with managing the HR responsibilities for the home office team members, including providing assistance on special projects.
  • Assists with monitoring access, answering questions, following up on issues, auditing, etc., on HR programs. 
  • Assist with monitoring and responding to inquiries from the HR mailbox
  • Perform general office duties for the leadership team.

  

What it takes to become an Administrative Assistant with Care Initiatives:  

  • Associate degree in office administration, human resources or related field preferred.
  • 3 - 5+ years of executive-level administrative, office management or human resources experience.
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Visio, Outlook, Adobe and Webex.
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems effectively and efficiently.
