About the Role

The Executive Directoris responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the healthcare facility to ensure efficient, high-quality resident care and compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and coordination among various departments. The Executive Director will lead efforts to optimize workflows, improve resident satisfaction, and maintain financial sustainability of the facility. Ultimately, this position is critical in fostering a safe, effective, and resident-centered healthcare environment. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the overall operations of the health facility, ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations. 
  • Coordinate with department heads to streamline resident care and administrative processes. 
  • Implement and maintain effective records management systems to safeguard resident information and facilitate easy retrieval. 
  • Develop and monitor budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 
  • Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a competent and motivated healthcare team. 
  • Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and community health outcomes. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare facility management or administration. 
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and patient privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA). 
  • Must possess and demonstrate a high degree of leadership, organizational ability, and communication skills.  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Health Services Management, or a related field. 
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and advanced data analytics tools. 
  • Proven leadership experience in a multi-disciplinary healthcare environment.
